Price list for entire Villa Antea by period (in EUR).

• Residence tax, VAT 13%, final cleaning, cost of electricity, water, heating/cooling are included in the rental price.
• Depending on the situation on the market, the prices may be discounted in some periods to the guests.
• The security deposit of €1,000 is preauthorized on a credit card (VISA/Mastercard) upon check-in. This deposit serves to cover any additional costs incurred during the rental period and, if applicable, any property damage. Deposit is returned in full at the conclusion of your stay, following a thorough inspection of the property.
• Possible additional services (cleaning, airport transfer, catering, cook...) are charged separately.

SUMMER SEASON 2026 - from 03.04.2026 to 27.09.2026

• Minimum stay - 3 nights
• Arrival/departure days are can be any day of the week
• Pets allowed and included in price
• Check-in time is 16:00 afternoon - Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning.
• Pool (up to 30℃) and jacuzzi (up to 40℃) heating is included in price. 
• Sauna, Kamado grill charcoal XL size, 4 bicycles, table tennis, children playground with additional soccer goals + balls, badminton net + rackets and volleyball are included in price.
