Booking terms & reservation cancellation

The reservation cancellation policy is as follows:

If the guest cancels the confirmed reservation of private accommodation within 48 hours after the advance payment, provided that there are more than 30 days until the start of using the service, ANTEA STAR d.o.o. will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. This rule only applies to the first cancellation of a reservation in the current year.

If the guest cancels the reservation 29 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., we have no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

• At any time the number of persons accommodated in the villas cannot be higher than the one mentioned in the confirmation. At the request of the guest the number of persons can be increased until the maximum capacity (10 persons – including children regardless of the age) not later than 2 days before arrival.
• After receiving the booking request we will respond in the shortest possible time. If the reservation is possible, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your request, booking terms and payment details.
• Once you accept the booking terms of the villas, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due within 7 days in order to finalize the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled without any special notice.
• At the latest 35 days prior to holiday commencing, the guest shall pay to the rental owner the balance of the total rental price.

For reservations of the villas made within 35 days before the arrival date, the total amount of reservation must be paid within 24 hours.

If the guest cancels the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• Reservation cancellation notified more than 70 days before arrival: the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded,
• Reservation cancellation notified between 69 and 35 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation cost is charged,
• Reservation cancellation notified less than 35 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
